FAQ
Before you ask
What is the minimum order?
One 40' refrigerated container, which carries about 25 to 27 tonnes of boxed frozen beef. Trial orders of a single container are welcome.
Can I mix cuts in one container?
Usually yes, within the plant's production and packing plan. Tell us the mix you need and we check it with the plant.
Which payment terms are accepted?
Irrevocable L/C at sight is the most common for first orders. CAD and TT advance are possible depending on the plant and your history.
Is the beef halal?
Plants exporting to the Middle East and Southeast Asia run halal slaughter under certifying bodies recognised in those markets. The halal certificate travels with each shipment.
How long does a shipment take?
Production and booking take a few weeks after the contract. Sea transit depends on the route: roughly 25 to 35 days to the Gulf and 35 to 45 days to Southeast Asia.
Do you charge the buyer a fee?
No. Your price is the plant's price for the agreed Incoterm. There are no fees on the buyer side.
